What problem were you looking to solve?

eduMe is key to success in our current context. We will be using it to onboard, train and promote continuous learning among our collaborators (employees who create content for cashiers and pickers).

Why did eduMe stand out?

It has enabled us to easily deliver knowledge on the Falabella Group’s strategies, such as the Digital Ecosystem, as well as train our different collaborators on new topics in less time.

Invitations for new users to sign up to the platform arrive promptly, which made it easier for our collaborators to get right into the training and development materials we’re sending.

eduMe's reporting is detailed and measures things in real time, which allows us to see the status of learners’ progress and account activations.

We have also already seen results. In September we deployed onboarding training to 237 new hires. We additionally provided training on “FPay”, the Falabella Group’s new payment method, to our existing collaborators. 120 employees were upskilled on FPay in a short period of time and reached 90% compliance.

Finally, the great support provided by the eduMe team in the face of any queries that arose on our end is also important to mention.

eduMe and Tottus

Tottus will be using our Workforce Success platform to onboard and deliver ongoing training and continuous learning to their cashiers and pickers to supercharge workforce quality and productivity, and above all - customer service.

eduMe will enable them to make sure that each and every one of their collaborators, no matter when they are working, or where, are empowered to perform to the very best of their ability, by having relevant training and communication in the palm of their hands, as well as a voice to be heard.
