📊 Performance Dashboard (Beta)
Struggling to see who’s actually making progress?
The new Performance Dashboard gives line managers a real-time view of their team’s training activity, all in the same place they already use to access training content: Knowledge Hubs.
This means performance insights are just a tap away, accessible on mobile, right alongside the training content. No need to dig through spreadsheets or boot up a laptop.
Whether they’re checking in during a shift or planning support for next week, line managers will always know who’s completed what, where the gaps are, and who might need a little extra nudge to stay ahead of the curve.

Now you can. With Section Sharing, you can link learners straight to the right topic in a Knowledge Hub. It’s a faster way to surface hyper-relevant content when it matters most.

⏰ On-shift Reminder
Worried that your teams might be completing training when they shouldn’t be?
On-Shift Reminder helps learners stay compliant without slowing things down. When someone opens a course, a quick pop-up asks if they’re currently on shift. If they are, they’re good to go. If not, they’re redirected, so they stay focused on work when they should, and learn when it’s right.
