Can I see what my users are asking the chatbot?

Yes. We provide anonymised insights that highlight trends in chatbot questions, helping you spot knowledge gaps and identify where additional training could support your teams.

Where does the chatbot get its answers from?

The chatbot only pulls answers from the training content your users are assigned, plus any documents you choose to connect from your cloud drives.

 

It retrieves information exclusively from the internal materials your teams already have access to, and never searches the wider internet.

Can I control which folders in my cloud drive are shared with the chatbot?

Yes. You never have to share your entire drive, only the folders you choose. You decide which folders are visible to eduMe during setup and can update your selections at any time. The chatbot will only pull answers from the documents within the folders you’ve chosen to share.


Is chatbot usage capped or unlimited?

AI Chatbot is included as part of eduMe’s AI features. Your plan comes with a monthly allowance of AI credits that cover usage of tools like Ask AI. If you ever need more, you can easily top up with additional credits. Credits refresh each month in line with your plan.
