After setup, integration users can call on OpenSesame's full course catalog of more than 50,000 titles spanning compliance, safety, and business skills, and embed it directly into eduMe's interface, delivered like any other eduMe-built piece of content.
Users receive it the same passwordless way as everything else in the platform: a text message, an email, a QR code posted at the point of need, or via a third-party endpoint like Workday, or Microsoft Teams. Whichever delivery method is chosen, key is that there's no separate login, no second app - and therefore nothing sitting in between users and enablement they're trying to access.
Layered on top is eduMe's own AI layer supporting bespoke creation - the part of the equation no catalog covers.
A retail chain can pull a harassment-prevention course straight from OpenSesame, then build a two-minute, phone-shot video on operating their specific point-of-sale system that's put together with the help of AI, then deliver both streams through eduMe, with all data logged on eduMe's side.

DrinkPAK, a beverage co-packing manufacturer with a largely deskless workforce across its production sites, brings both content sources into their intranet, which they've dubbed 'PAK University'.
General business skills and supervisor training come through OpenSesame's catalog, while equipment-specific training - like palletizer operation, machine center procedures, lean manufacturing unique to DrinkPAK's own lines - gets built directly in eduMe. The latter is often filmed on a phone by the person who actually runs the equipment to add environmental relatability.
Whatever the source, users access role-critical guidance from the same location - without needing to know - or care - where each piece comes from on the backend.
Additionally, the integration ensures data feeds into one reporting picture. For users who would only be using eduMe and OpenSesame, this data would live on eduMe.
As DrinkPAK integrate with yet a third tool - their HRM, Workday - the dual data from each respective tool is instead pulled into Workday Learning for centralized reporting.
