How do new users activate their accounts?

A learner using the app for the first time will activate their account as follows:

  1. they receive an email, SMS message, or printed invitation code with instructions to download the EduMe app from the Play Store
  2. they install the app following the instructions
  3. they open the app and click the ‘Activate’ button
  4. they enter their email, phone number or invitation code
  5. they create a password
  6. if the user was invited using a code, they will have to enter their contact details (mobile phone or email address)
  7. the contact details will need to be validated within a fixed period of time.
